Dry cleaners destroyed my new shirt! What can I do?

SO the dry cleaners just ruined my brand new shirt. I couldn't wear my suit now and then they admitted that they are the ones that destroyed it and wanted time to hold on to it and see what they can do for me. Now today I went back and they are acting like they never even said they knew it was them. They are telling me that the two scratches and all the holes are from putting my arms up when wearing the shirt. (This makes no since comparing the damage to the story.) What can I do? Also, I have footage of them admitting that they are the ones that destroyed the shirt. They talk about sending it out to another woman who does the pressing for them and that she had does this to 3 others shirts that week.
